Job Summary:

This critical position requires a multifaceted individual with extensive experience in various testing methodologies, team management, interview support, needs assessment, offer creation, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Oversee and guide a diverse team of testers, fostering an environment of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, while providing mentorship to junior team members.
- Interview Support: Assist in the recruitment process by participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and providing insights to ensure we hire the best talent for our team.
- Support in Needs Assessment and Offer Creation: Understand the needs of different projects, assist in the creation of offers, and ensure that our solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
- Project Delivery Oversight: Take full ownership of the testing lifecycle, from initial planning through to execution, delivery, and post-implementation support, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Expertise in Testing Domains: Possess a broad and deep understanding of various testing domains, including manual, automated, performance, and security testing, and continuously seek to incorporate industry best practices and stay abreast of the latest trends to enhance our testing processes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest levels of quality and reliability in all deliverables, implementing and monitoring quality assurance metrics to drive continuous improvement and corrective actions where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software testing with a strong track record in managing and leading testing teams.
