Four Seasons Hotel Milano is a 15th-century convent turned sophisticated garden retreat located in the heart of Milan's Fashion District. This iconic hotel offers a haven for guests to relax and unwind in style.
About the role:
Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently seeking a Sales & Catering Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship opportunity. As a Sales & Catering Intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Sales & Catering Department to assist with rooming lists, special arrangements, and F&B requirements related to groups, events, and transient bookings.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with the Sales & Catering Department to assist with rooming lists, special arrangements, and F&B requirements related to groups, events, and transient bookings.
- Assist the Managers in the daily communication with agencies and clients and preparation of proposals and contracts.
- Verify prior to arrival that all involved departments have the most updated information in regards to group, event, and VIP clients and prepare the related documents (e.g., Banqueting orders, Group Resumé, menus, internal memo, etc.).
What you bring:
- Luxury hotel Sales & Event experience preferred (minimum two years).
- Excellent Italian and English communications skills (verbal and written).
- Positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills, time management, and organization abilities.
