Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and in good condition.
  • Coordinate with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to produce marketing materials, including social media posts and advertising campaigns, to promote properties and attract new tenants.
  • Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, provide rental applications, and answer relevant questions, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process.
  • Answer and return phone calls in a timely manner, providing clear and concise information to tenants and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed, including data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in business, management, or real estate preferred).
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in customer service and property maintenance.
