About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Strategy Specialist to join our team in AXA Italia, specifically in the Operations Strategy and Governance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various business functions and the AXA Group to monitor and govern the Tech, Data, and Operations (TDO) strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and prepare documents within the Operations department and with other impacted departments.
  • Monitor and track initiatives selected by the Group according to the Group's planning.
  • Monitor overall economics (Invest./Benefits) internally and with the Group.
  • Manage TDO meetings with the COO and MC members and prepare documents.
  • Provide reporting to the COO (IN/Out with HR, prepare deck, etc.).
  • Support the definition of the People Operations plan and its realization (proximity of direction, events, etc.).
  • Support the realization of the Data Culture in collaboration with the CDO and HR team.
  • Monitor TL COO in collaboration with the Operations leadership team.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in economic or engineering management fields.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and the Office package (especially PowerPoint).
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and strong adaptability to an evolving context.
