About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Strategy Specialist to join our team at AXA Italia in Milan. As a key member of our Operations Strategy and Governance department, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and governing our Tech, Data, and Operations strategy, collaborating with various business functions and the AXA Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and prepare documents within the Operations department and with other impacted departments.
  • Monitor and track initiatives selected by the Group, ensuring timely completion.
  • Oversee the overall economics (Invest./Benefits) internally and with the Group.
  • Manage TDO meetings with the COO and MC members, preparing necessary documents.
  • Provide reporting to the COO, including IN/Out with HR and deck preparation.
  • Support the definition and realization of the People Operations plan, including proximity to direction, events, and other activities.
  • Collaborate with the CDO and HR team to develop a Data Culture.
  • Monitor and track TL COO in collaboration with the Operations leadership team.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in economics or engineering management.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office package, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving context.
