Commodity Polymers Sales Professional

At Antal International Network, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our European Sales efforts in the commodity polymers sector. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a passion for driving growth and building lasting relationships.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven sales expert who can expand our customer base, develop innovative strategies to maximize profitability, and oversee logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Trading in Polyolefin Products (PE, PP, PVC)
- Expanding customer portfolio through new business development and relationship-building
- Owning P&L Book and developing strategies to achieve sales profitability targets and KPI objectives
- Analyzing market trends, scenarios, and fundamentals to identify opportunities and optimize trading practices
- Creating and implementing innovative solutions to add value and explore new business models
- Overseeing logistics operations, managing daily logistics, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient delivery of products
- Frequent visits to customers and suppliers
- Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team to align with business objectives
- Upholding ethical practices and ensuring compliance with industry and international regulations
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience in the commodity polymers sector or similar industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of polyolefin products (PE, PP, PVC) and their applications
