Security and Risk Management Manager

Job Summary:
The Security and Risk Management Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive security and risk management program to ensure the safety and security of the facility, employees, visitors, and assets. This includes strengthening relationships with civic, law enforcement agencies, internal and external stakeholders, and building relationships with media circles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current security situation and implement improvements to ensure robust and highest level of security to employees, visitors, and assets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to preempt security concerns and manage crises situations effectively.
- Identify risks and analyze data from external and internal sources to advise management on risk mitigation plans.
- Lead investigations of security breaches and advise on appropriate actions in coordination with the Legal team.
- Oversee and provide direction for major security-related projects and physical security technologies.
- Develop and implement a security training policy and ensure compliance.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending administrative policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of core admin processes and security measures.
- Execute CSR activities to facilitate business objectives and enhance the company's image in the local community.
- Maintain working relationships with government departments, civil administration, and statutory bodies to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with applicable laws.
- Monitor security functions while safeguarding personnel and the plant.
- Oversee administration and facilities management, including office administration, transport, reception, telephone exchange, gate office, weighbridge, dispatch, sanitation, gardening, dispensary, fair price shop, and canteen.
- Coordinate with the EHS department to ensure safety of employees and compliance to corporate EHS standards.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Public Administration with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven admin leadership experience at a manufacturing facility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ex-Army/forces personnel with post-retirement relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
