Job Title: Senior Content Manager International

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Manager International to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our Content Team, you will be responsible for leading content efforts with a balance of creative and business insight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, attending brand planning workshops and leading client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Director to deliver well-rounded, data-supported content strategies that address clients' business needs.
  • Take ownership of project supervision, ensuring both creative and strategic elements align with client goals.
  • Oversee content development from a high level, ensuring that all initiatives contribute to the broader strategy.
  • Manage workflow to ensure tasks are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Oversee the junior members of the team, mentoring them to foster growth and continual learning.
  • Stay informed about clients' competitive landscapes, delivering actionable insights that shape ongoing strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a senior content role within the advertising, communications, or marketing industries.
  • A proven track record in strategic content development and management, with experience overseeing projects on both a creative and business level.
  • Expertise in social platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, Social Mention, Digimind, Socialbakers, Talkwalker), and the ability to use data to shape strategic decisions.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency (C1-C2) in additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
