We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our Employer Relations and Career Services Division at Adecco Italia. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team in developing and implementing business strategies, analyzing data, and creating innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Create and improve online services to support our ER&CS initiatives with students, including analysis, benchmarking, and definition of guidelines for innovative projects.
- Collect, organize, and manage databases to support our ER&CS activities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support our ER&CS activities, contribute to internal discussions to build insights, and integrate findings.
- Maintain and prepare effective reports to present the analysis performed.
- Master's Degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Innovation Management, or Management Engineering.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Data-driven approach.
- Soft skills: good interpersonal and team working skills, analytical and critical thinking, hands-on approach, and problem-solving.
We are offering a 6-month paid internship with the opportunity to work with a dynamic and cross-functional team. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will have the chance to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the success of our ER&CS Division.
