About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at art'otel Rome Piazza Sallustio. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and driving the success of our destination restaurant and bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation across all outlets.
  • Develop and implement menus and concepts that align with the hotel's brand and culinary vision.
  • Manage kitchen functions, including pastry, banqueting, and food ordering and preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, as well as national laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive profitability and efficiency in the kitchen operation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver high-quality service and food.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and ideas.
