Job Title: Project Installation Manager

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Project Installation Manager to lead site operations and ensure the successful installation of our mobility solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all site activities, including site facilities, resources, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site plans, procedures, and work method statements for installation and test and commissioning.
  • Manage work packages assigned for site operations, including installation works for all sub-systems and system equipment.
  • Coordinate with installation engineering and design teams to ensure integration of all necessary inputs.
  • Manage subcontractors, including monitoring quality and delivery through site visits, inspections, and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS (Zero Deviation) and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in field work execution in the railway sector.
  • Strong understanding of interface processes between civil works and rail sub-systems.
  • Experience in Environment, Health & Safety, knowledge of local legal requirements.
  • Experience in management and evaluation of subcontractors.
  • Team spirit approach and good communication skills.
