Job Purpose

Within the Pre-Sales Italy organization, the Pre-Sales Specialist will support the sales organization on the Italian territory through activities of pre-estimation, technical-normative consulting, creation of technical-commercial documentation, and technical-normative training addressed to both internal personnel and different stakeholders in the HVAC sector, with specific reference to climate control and VRF systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop VRF projects through dedicated software
  • Support the sales network in generating commercial offers and related complex technical specifications, also with the aid of technical design software
  • Create technical-commercial documentation, such as technical sheets, design manuals, and installation schemes in CAD format
  • Ensure that all stakeholders receive adequate technical-normative consulting
  • Provide technical-normative training, with a particular focus on VRF, to stakeholders in the supply chain, preparing specific tools and documents to support this activity
  • Develop specific tools dedicated to creating commercial offers and technical specifications
  • Support the continuous improvement of Pre-Sales activities through targeted benchmarking activities
  • Conduct in-depth studies on topics such as incentives, tax benefits, and sector regulations

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following requirements

Education and Knowledge:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in technical-scientific disciplines (preferably Engineering)
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical-commercial roles in structured companies, preferably in companies in the climate control sector or design studios
  • Desirable previous experience in international contexts
  • Knowledge of the HVAC sector and related installation applications, with particular reference to climate control and VRF systems
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge and familiarity with main computer tools
  • Desirable knowledge of CAD design tools and other design software
  • Previous experience in project management will be positively considered in the selection process
