About the Role

As we expand into new markets, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts and support our growth objectives. This role will focus on planning and executing regional field marketing activities and global events (virtual and in-person) to engage customers and prospects, generate leads, and support our sales team.

The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of creative tasks, with a significant strategic impact within the business. The position plays a pivotal role in supporting Cleafy's brand, in the Marketing department, and liaising with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute national marketing events and campaigns
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing activities and events, including lead generation, event attendance, and sales support outcomes. Use insights to improve future events
  • Develop event concepts, plan logistics, and coordinate all aspects of event execution, both industry events, virtual events, and Cleafy events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, Marketing, Operations, and Sales)
  • Support the local marketing team with translations, event organization, and content management for websites and social media

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple local and global campaigns and events
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs
  • Experience working with partners and event organizers, negotiating terms and maximizing value for the business
  • Proficiency with event planning tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, etc.)
  • Analytical skills to track and report on marketing performance
  • Flexibility to travel as required for events and field marketing activities
  • English fluency
