Responsabilità
  • Gestione della relazione con i referenti tecnici del cliente per gli aspetti relativi alla configurazione dei servizi.
  • Utilizzo degli applicativi necessari per l'interazione con le tecnologie impiegate.
  • Gestione delle attività di configurazione, gestione e rilevazione anomalie dei sistemi.
Requisiti
  • Diploma tecnico.
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo tecnico operativo.
  • Buone capacità analitiche e di problem solving, attitudine alla collaborazione e alla gestione delle relazioni.
