As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating complex projects for client companies, managing teams of consultants, and collaborating on the development of our digital products. You will work closely with our Co-Founder and Chief Sustainability Officer to develop and implement sustainability strategies that drive business growth and reduce environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage sustainability projects for corporate clients
* Manage teams of consultants and coordinate activities
* Develop and implement sustainability strategies and carbon footprint reduction plans
* Conduct workshops, trainings, and meetings with corporate top management and sustainability managers

Requirements:

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consulting, ESCo, or corporate sustainability departments
* Proficiency in Italian
* Strong technical skills in carbon footprint, sustainability reporting, LCA, decarbonization, and sustainability strategies
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
