Noi di Manpower MP PERM CONS LOMB ORIEN siamo alla ricerca di un brillante Site Manager per un nostro cliente internazionale nell'Area Nord-Ovest, situato a Dalmine (BG).

Il nostro candidato ideale sarà responsabile del coordinamento e dell'effettuazione dei servizi di manutenzione del building, garantendo il rispetto degli standard contrattuali previsti in termini di tempi, qualità e costi.

Alcune delle sue responsabilità saranno:

  • Assicurare il coordinamento e l'effettuazione dei servizi di manutenzione del building;
  • Coordinamento delle squadre manutentive e definizione delle priorità operative;
  • Gestione del personale diretto e pianificazione ferie;
  • Gestione dell'implementazione dei programmi di sicurezza sul lavoro;
  • Esecuzione di audit congiunti per la verifica della corretta esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione;
  • Organizzazione delle attività di informazione ed addestramento on the job;
  • Predisposizione del piano di manutenzione da svolgere durante l'anno;
  • Gestione budget assegnato;
  • Valorizzazione economica e presentazione di tutte le attività straordinarie;
  • Mappatura e monitoraggio degli impianti generali e specifici;
  • Essere membro attivo nel processo decisionale riguardo gli aspetti tecnici ed organizzativi.

Requisiti:

  • Periti tecnici/ingegneri/geometri/architetti;
  • Comprovata esperienza almeno 4/5 anni in ambito Facility Management come site manager di siti produttivi;
  • Letture schemi/disegni tecnici e base di disegno CAD;
  • Conoscenza e pratica di Microsoft Office;
  • Conoscenza delle normative CEI, UNI relativamente agli impianti industriali;
  • Conoscenza delle normative ISO ambientale e di sicurezza;
  • Conoscenza/aggiornamento ed interesse professionale in ambito management;
