Le tue responsabilità:
- Gestire le chiamate interne ed esterne
- Garantire all'ospite ogni richiesta
- Elaborare reportistica e/o documenti
- Smistare le chiamate
- Applicare gli standard LQA
- Supporto al reparto Guest Experience/Front Office se necessario
Le nostre aspettative:
- Ottima conoscenza certificata della lingua inglese e italiana
- Laurea in Turismo e/o lingue
- Spirito di collaborazione
- Eccellenti doti comunicative
- Capacità di sviluppare empatia con l'ospite
- Passione per il servizio
- Domicilio a Roma
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni diurni e/o serali
