About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Backoffice OE Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer quotation, cost collection, and support for margin calculation
  • Customer orders processing, preparation, and delivery of order confirmation
  • Delivery dates monitoring, management of criticalities, and release for customer material shipment
  • Payments monitoring and overdue claim
  • Non-conformity filing and management
  • Internal reporting and external on customer portals
  • New customer and new item card creation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in back-office activities
  • Fluent English language written and spoken; German language is considered a plus
  • Database management
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in economics or communication
  • SAP or similar knowledge
  • MS Office complete package
  • Attitude to interpersonal relationship and team work
