Fileni è alla ricerca di un Sales Supervisor Piemonte da inserire all'interno del dipartimento Vendite, nel canale Normal Trade.

Descrizione del ruolo:

La persona si occuperà della gestione degli agenti nell'area di competenza ed avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Coordinare e affiancare la forza vendita sul territorio;
  • Ricercare nuovi agenti di vendita;
  • Sviluppare la zona di competenza;
  • Eseguire analisi costanti delle performance della zona di competenza con riferimento a KPI's aziendali;
  • Gestire il business a 360° sul territorio di competenza;
Requisiti:

Attitudini commerciali spiccate, proattività, ottime doti comunicative;

Esperienza nel settore Food - preferibilmente "fresco";

Forte orientamento al risultato;

Conoscenza capillare del territorio di competenza;

Capacità di organizzazione e di gestione delle priorità;

Buona conoscenza dell'utilizzo PC e principali applicazioni Office;

Residenza nella regione Piemonte;

La figura è assunta con contratto di lavoro dipendente.
