Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Piemonte, Italy. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and commercial consolidation of your assigned area, creating and optimizing commercial opportunities to successfully hit business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out strategic analysis and forecasts to set area budget and sales targets
  • Define area, shop, and individual action plans and grant their implementation through store visits
  • Ensure sales growth and performance development
  • Responsible for shop personnel's development and performances
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and HR in the recruiting and selection of shop professionals

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor/Masters Degree
  • Previous experience in Area Manager roles (2-3 years) or background in Field Operations Management
  • Experience in fast-moving, dynamic industries and companies Retail is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Available for national mobility (international mobility is a plus)
