La nostra società HRSpecialist Italia ricerca un professionista competente e motivato per ricoprire il ruolo di Senior Sales.

La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita in un percorso di crescita che la porterà ad un ruolo di coordinamento della struttura dedicata ai progetti di sviluppo del business.

La persona si occuperà di:

  1. Consolidamento e ampliamento del portafoglio clienti sul territorio italiano;
  2. Gestione diretta con i clienti attivi e potenziali;
  3. Creative e presentazione delle offerte e degli accordi commerciali insieme all'Amministratore Delegato;
  4. Ampliamento della rete commerciale con il supporto dell'ufficio di reclutamento.

Richieste:

  • Diploma o laurea;
  • Esperienza di almeno cinque anni maturata come commerciale/manager/direzione commerciale;
  • Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte sul territorio italiano;
  • Buone doti relazionali e commerciali;
  • Provenienza da Area Manager con esperienza nei seguenti settori: assicurativo, utilities, settore energia, rinnovabili, telefonia.

La risorsa selezionata sarà un importante punto di contatto tra la nostra società e i nostri clienti, e sarà responsabile di sviluppare e mantenere relazioni commerciali strategiche.
