Sales Area Manager

Amplifon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager to join our team in Piemonte, Italy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and commercial consolidation in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Collaborate with regional directors and HR to recruit and select sales professionals
- Ensure optimal area coverage in terms of resources and staffing to reach highest performance levels
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in area manager roles or field operations management
- Experience in fast-moving, dynamic industries and companies (retail is a plus)
- Fluent in English
- Available for national mobility (international mobility is a plus)
