Sales Area Manager - Piemonte Nord

Amplifon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager to join our team in Piemonte, Italy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and commercial consolidation in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Collaborate with regional directors and HR to recruit and select sales professionals
  • Ensure optimal area coverage in terms of resources and staffing to reach highest performance levels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in area manager roles or field operations management
  • Experience in fast-moving, dynamic industries and companies (retail is a plus)
  • Fluent in English
  • Available for national mobility (international mobility is a plus)
