Job Overview
Statkraft is seeking an HR and Payroll Intern to support its team in Italy. The successful candidate will assist in all HR administration tasks, with a focus on contract management, physical and digital archive. They will also support payroll activities, compensation and benefits, and be involved in the onboarding and offboarding process of colleagues in Italy.

Responsibilities
Assist in all HR administration tasks, including contract management and physical and digital archive. Support payroll activities as required. Assist with compensation and benefits as needed. Be involved in the onboarding and offboarding process of colleagues in Italy. Support the Office Manager on assigned tasks. Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and events.

Requirements
University degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business, Legal or Social Sciences. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks. Proactive and solution-oriented person. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and in English. Experienced user of MS Office suite, HR systems, and other collaboration tools.

What We Offer
Full-time, 6-month internship with a monthly allowance and ticket restaurant. Hybrid work policy: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
