At ADECCO ITALIA S.p.A., we're seeking a highly skilled Scientific Researcher to join our team in a laboratory-based role focused on vaccine development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, validate, and utilize separative methods for vaccine product analysis.
  2. Operate key separative techniques used in vaccine characterization.
  3. Collaborate with senior staff to interpret data and contribute to development work design.
  4. Apply scientifically sound approaches to influence technical decisions and address complex issues.
  5. Work collaboratively to ensure successful task execution.
  6. Prepare and present scientific data to internal audiences.
  7. Occasionally write technical documents, such as protocols and reports.
  8. Communicate effectively with managers and accountable scientists to ensure timely project progression.
  9. Demonstrate a strong understanding of and adherence to GMP and EHS regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in CTF, Analytical Chemistry; PhD is a plus.
  2. Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to engage in conversations.
  3. Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Theoretical and practical knowledge of main separative techniques is preferred, including capillary electrophoresis, high-performance liquid chromatography (reverse phase, ion chromatography), and associated detectors (UV, CAD, MS, RI, etc.).

This is a temporary contract for 1 year, working full-time.
