About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Interior Operations Leader to join our team at our Headquarter in Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO). The successful candidate will report to the Head of Pre-series and Series Analysis Super Sport Cars. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and influencing product assembly concepts and solutions in collaboration with the Research and Development department.
- Participating in interfunctional meetings to align assembly and functional demands with emerging development/modification issues.
- Analyzing pre-series product problems for Interior and water management issues, driving problem-solving processes from proto assembly to series.
- Direct participation in proto and pre-series assembly phases, responsible for problem-solving.
- Collection, reporting, and follow-up of assembly complaints for Interior/water management issues.
- Cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering to define and set up specific assembly tooling.
- Series production analysis and support, including active participation in problem-solving processes.
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Automotive) or Technical Degree with a solid experience in a similar technical role.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of design and CAD.
- Experience in interiors analysis (TCA, drawings/dimensional reports interpretations, RPS concepts, plastic material, and moulding processes).
- Fluent English, Italian, and German will be considered a plus.
