Key Responsibilities- Provide Added Value
- Promote Sysmex's diagnostic portfolio and services to customers, working closely with account managers to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in the development and execution of account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to tender preparation and documentation, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers.
- Maintain Expertise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the medical industry, including new technologies and trends.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sysmex's diagnostic portfolio, including hematology, urinalysis, and hemostasis instruments.
- Provide Sales and Technical Support
- Engage with customers to provide technical discussions, seminars, and roundtables to promote our solutions and build strong relationships.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive Implementation and Post-Sales Support
- Work with customers to implement Sysmex solutions, including instrument configuration, validation, and end-user training.
- Provide post-sales support to customers, including troubleshooting and maintenance of our solutions.
- Education
- University degree in biology or medical fields (PhD preferred).
- Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in the IVD market, either in sales or application roles.
- Experience with at least one of the following: hematology, urinalysis, or hemostasis instruments.
- Skills
- Technical knowledge of the medical industry.
- Hands-on experience in clinical laboratory procedures.
- Ability to positively influence others.
