Job Summary

We are seeking an Energy Support Specialist in Training to join our team in Naples. As a key member of our dispatching team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with energy distributors and the Acquirente Unico, processing customer requests, and monitoring and managing our automated tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gestione dei rapporti con i Distributori di Energia e Acquirente Unico;
  • Lavorazione dei flussi di esito prestazioni richieste dal cliente finale;
  • Monitoraggio e gestione del tool che governa gli automatismi anagrafici e gli allineamenti utili alla fatturazione;
  • Gestione della relazione con interlocutori a monte e a valle del processo di dispacciamento;
  • Supporto allo sviluppo di nuove funzionalità volte a migliorare la gestione operativa dei processi minimizzandone i tempi e gli scarti.

Requirements

  • Laureato/a in Ingegneria Gestionale o simili;
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto office e basi di sql;
  • Buona predisposizione al lavoro di squadra;
  • Forte propensione al problem solving ed al lavoro per obiettivi;
