As Country Manager Italy, you will be responsible for implementing our global strategy and governance, ensuring optimal market performance and driving growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a market plan to maximize turnover and margins;
  • Manage and monitor local commercial activities, driving sales processes and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our marketing and support teams, aligning with our Group's KPIs;

**Ideal Candidate:**

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in industrial management, preferably with a degree in Engineering or Business Economics.
