We are seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer to join our team in Italy, specializing in high power products and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers and suppliers to provide technical guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development engineers to select the most suitable technologies and components for their projects.
- Participate in various development projects, providing technical expertise and support.
- Develop and deliver training programs, events, and technical meetings to customers and suppliers.
- Guide technical direction and priorities based on market trends and supplier strategies.
- Work closely with Arrow sales and engineering teams to drive growth in the high power market.
Requirements:
- University Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in high voltage and high power applications.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-facing orientation.
- Previous experience in technical presentations, training, and events is a plus.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Driving license.
