About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our core HR processes. As an HR Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to HR processes, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Provide general HR support to employees and managers, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in HR or a related field, with at least 3-4 years of working experience. You will also possess:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
