Job Title: Project Test Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Test Specialist to join our team at ALSTOM. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all Test & Commissioning activities for the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and manage the Test & Commissioning process on the field, ensuring its application by the Test & Commissioning team.
  • Proactively manage internal interfaces with project engineering, installation, and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties, and Customers for Test & Commissioning activities.
  • Develop and deliver Test & Commissioning procedures, Method Statements, and coordinate in-house trainings.
  • Prepare and manage Test & Commissioning works on the field, including material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics, and more.
  • Lead the Test & Commissioning team, ensuring EHS compliance on the field, training and supporting team members, and participating in competency assessments.
  • Manage tools and organize accurate calibration.
  • Anticipate issues and report progress, issues, and risks to the RC TCM and PM on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and manage QCD performance delivery, including EHS and RSA, of the work package Test & Commissioning as per customer and solution/system requirements.
  • Issue the REX on Test & Commissioning activities and propose updates/improvements to the Test & Commissioning way of working/process/tools and the Test & Commissioning Reference Library to optimize Test & Commissioning performance.
