As an Executive Account Manager Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our main Executive Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the main Executive Account Managers in acting as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and issues.
- Manage client queries related to settlement, custody, and fiscal topics, providing accurate and timely responses within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Address queries outside of the team's scope by escalating them to the relevant internal departments, ensuring prompt and satisfactory responses to clients.
- Track and analyze client queries and responses using our ticketing tool, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize client relationships.
- Prepare documentation to support Relationship Managers in Service Reviews, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance current procedures and improve day-to-day operations, driving process improvements and client satisfaction.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a Master's degree in Economics or Finance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and quantitative skills, a strong team working attitude, precision, and proactivity.
