Your Mission

As an OEM Sales Representative, your primary objective is to drive growth in our OEM HVAC business. You'll be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key OEMs, creating and executing customer development plans, and analyzing market conditions to establish a strong stakeholder network.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize OEM potential
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer development plans
  • Analyze market trends and establish a robust stakeholder network
  • Engage with customers, prioritize based on potential, and provide tailored support
  • Contribute to sales forecasts and planning via CRM system
  • Support customers with cost/benefit analyses and calculations
  • Coordinate proposals and serve as a commercial point of contact
  • Participate in business trips for international meetings and trainings

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC or Combustion OEM Sales
  • Understanding of customer applications and value selling expertise
  • Strong organizational skills and efficient work methods
  • Analytical thinking to identify root causes and provide solutions
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities
  • Desire for continuous growth and learning
  • Respect for individuality, willingness to collaborate, and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
