The Role:
In this technical sales role, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge of the HVAC world and building systems, as well as your interpersonal skills, interacting with commercial teams, promotion teams, and technical support teams to meet the needs of ROCKWOOL's customers in the HVAC and fire protection segment.
You will be part of a dynamic and well-structured team in a leading company with a great history, high ethical standards, and a welcoming and informal atmosphere, where you can take advantage of valuable opportunities for learning and professional growth.
What You Will Do:
You will support the commercial activities of the Area Managers on the entire national territory, providing technical commercial support for ROCKWOOL's products and services in the HVAC and fire protection segment;
You will develop technical and commercial offers, ensuring a constant flow of information on prices, discounts, sales conditions, payment terms, etc., managing negotiations within the limits defined by the sales management;
You will support the Area Managers in managing the customer portfolio and developing and acquiring new customers in the segment, implementing the necessary actions to achieve the predetermined commercial development results;
You will monitor monthly estimates and any deviations from the budget, implementing corrective actions agreed with the responsible party;
You will monitor market technical and commercial needs, reporting them to other company departments to study and implement new commercial actions;
You will collaborate constantly with the Customer Service department in managing orders and working closely with technical support and product management teams;
In synergy with the Project Sales teams of each area, you will actively contribute to promoting the technical features of ROCKWOOL's insulation products and systems for the HVAC and fire protection segment;
You will track all activities (e.g., customer visits, opportunities, leads, etc.) in the company's CRM system, monitoring them at every stage;
What We Are Looking For:
A degree in engineering, energy, environment, or related fields, with technical knowledge of the HVAC world and building systems;
3-5 years of experience in technical sales, in companies specialized in the HVAC / building systems sector;
Customer-oriented and result-driven, with excellent negotiation and technical dialogue management skills;
Strong interpersonal skills and a propensity for teamwork;
Valid driver's license;
Availability to travel throughout the national territory;
Advanced level of English, both written and spoken;
Computer skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with CRM systems;
Prior knowledge of passive fire protection systems is a preferred selection title.
