As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the region. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Your expertise will be essential in conducting thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within the region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate sales forecasts, budget proposals, and insightful reports.

Your Impact

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Central and Eastern Europe region.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management, preferably in the industrial engine or generator sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, backed by a solid understanding of market dynamics.
  • Team player and collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed (approx. 40-50%).
