SALES MANAGER

Descrizione del ruolo:

Il nostro cliente è una società metalmeccanica di una grande azienda di Modena che commercializza ricambistica per macchine agricole/macchine movimento terra.

Compiti e responsabilità:
  • Pianifica la realizzazione delle attività di vendita e promozione presso i propri clienti definendo le politiche commerciali entro il budget assegnato.
  • Si occupa dell'attività di scouting dei nuovi clienti.
  • Gestisce i rapporti con i clienti in collaborazione con il responsabile tecnico.
  • Gestisce gli aspetti contrattuali insieme al responsabile commerciale e all'amministratore delegato.
  • È l'interfaccia commerciale con i clienti assegnati, riceve le richieste di preventivo e le gestisce all'interno dell'organizzazione.
  • Si occupa della ricezione dei requisiti dei clienti e dell'elaborazione dei preventivi.
  • In occasione degli incontri settimanali di coordinamento aggiorna i colleghi sullo stato di avanzamento dei preventivi e delle offerte.
  • Trasmette le offerte e le conferme d'ordine al back office commerciale.
  • Si occupa dei solleciti all'ufficio acquisti e produzione.
  • Si confronta con la Progettazione, Pianificazione e Acquisti e la produzione per definire i tempi di produzione delle nuove commesse.
  • Monitora costantemente il portafoglio ordini e gestisce eventuali ritardi con la Produzione.
  • Collabora con gli enti amministrativi nella gestione della fatturazione e degli incassi relativi alle varie commesse.
Requisiti di ruolo:
  • Laurea/Diploma in ambito tecnico.
  • Esperienza almeno decennale nel settore ricambistica meccanica OEM.
  • Buona conoscenza lingua inglese, preferenziale conoscenza seconda lingua straniera.
  • Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office e doti relazionali/ di Team Working ed organizzazione del lavoro.

Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato e retribuzione annua lorda indicativamente attorno ai euro.
