Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture strong customer relationships, helping clients achieve their targets through effective ad campaigns
  • Learn and grow with our comprehensive learning opportunities, focusing on digital sales and marketing
  • Analyze customer needs and present solutions to drive success in advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth, learning, and customer success
  • Track and report customer performance to help them reach business objectives

Compensation and Benefits

  • 3,050 EUR gross per month, inclusive of a 2,750 EUR base salary and a 300 EUR Dutch language bonus
  • Performance-based bonuses up to 7,500 EUR annually
  • Relocation bonus: up to 1,900 EUR for moving from outside Germany or up to 700 EUR if relocating within Germany (over 100 km from Berlin)

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Proficient in English (B2 level)
  • Interest in sales, with no prior experience required
  • EU citizenship or a valid residence permit for Germany
  • Willingsness to relocate to Berlin
