At Cross Border Talents, we're looking for a talented Dutch-speaking Junior Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our sales and marketing unit, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert guidance on successful ad campaigns
- Learn and develop skills in digital sales and marketing through comprehensive training programs
- Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive success in advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with our collaborative unit to foster growth, learning, and customer success
- Track and report customer performance to help them reach business objectives
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of 2,750 EUR gross per month, plus a 300 EUR Dutch language bonus
- Performance-based bonuses up to 7,500 EUR annually
- Relocation bonus: up to 1,900 EUR for moving from outside Germany (paid with your first paycheck) or up to 700 EUR if relocating within Germany (over 100 km from Berlin)

Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
