Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director for Italy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our efforts in the Italian market. As a key member of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy for Argenx's products in Italy
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, institutions, and KOLs
  • Collaborate with global marketing and commercial teams to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Provide regular reporting on performance, forecasting, and market insights to the senior management team
Requirements:
  • Strategic Marketing: Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives
  • Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the local market, including customer demographics and competitive landscape
