Job Summary
The Director of Sales and Revenue will lead the sales effort at the St. Regis Rome, a luxury hotel managed by Marriott International, Inc. This role is responsible for implementing the sales strategy and achieving revenue goals, guest satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure maximum revenue potential and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize room and catering sales.
- Analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
- Manage and conduct human resource activities, including interviewing and hiring employees.
Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 5 years experience in luxury hotel sales or related professional area.
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the luxury hotel sales or related professional area.
