Job Summary

The Director of Sales and Revenue will lead the sales effort at the St. Regis Rome, a luxury hotel managed by Marriott International, Inc. This role is responsible for implementing the sales strategy and achieving revenue goals, guest satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure maximum revenue potential and excellent customer service.
  3. Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize room and catering sales.
  4. Analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  5. Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  6. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  7. Manage and conduct human resource activities, including interviewing and hiring employees.

Requirements

  1. 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 5 years experience in luxury hotel sales or related professional area.
  2. OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the luxury hotel sales or related professional area.
