Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth at The St. Regis Rome. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets
  • Lead and manage sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in luxury hotel sales or related professional area
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive sales growth
