Neurosurgery Sales and Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe and Middle East

Job Description:

Our client is a global leader in non-invasive neurosurgical treatments, dedicated to improving patient lives by collaborating with physicians, medical institutions, academic researchers, and regulatory bodies worldwide.

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to cover Eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales plans in the region, driving sales revenues, and leading regulatory and reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual business goals for the region, including orders and sales targets
  • Build a pipeline of business opportunities for the current and following years
  • Manage relationships with partners, including distributors and key opinion leaders
  • Define sales goals with partners and work to implement
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for three commercially released products: UF, Neuro, and Oncology/Bone
  • Regularly update commercial reporting tools and develop efficient working relationships with business partners
  • Ensure service and disposables revenues meet goals
  • Work to achieve company goals in the number of treatments
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for the region in collaboration with the VP marketing and product managers
  • Lead the process of obtaining reimbursement and work with the reimbursement team to define a reimbursement strategy
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in capital medical devices in the region
  • NEUROSURGERY market experience preferred
  • Experience developing sales channels via distributors
  • Confident negotiation, good attention to detail, and evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Result-driven approach with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to act with limited supervision, using own initiative to continually grow the market
  • Good time-management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a global company
