Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the people management of retail stores employees, providing guidance and suggestions on HR matters, and collecting requests from area managers, store coordinators, and retail stores general business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the people management of retail stores employees, including hiring, terminations, and onboarding processes.
  • Provide guidance and suggestions on HR matters to line management.
  • Collect requests from area managers, store coordinators, and retail stores general business.
  • Supervise the impacts on people when corporate reorganizations, mergers, or dismantling occur.
  • Monitor and control the staff number and positions.
  • Analyze and provide solutions for budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 4-6 years of experience in large-scale retail trade or structured companies.
  • Proven knowledge and hard skills in people management.
  • Master of national collective bargaining employment contract and its applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attitude towards people, creating relationships.
  • Confident speaker.
  • Proactive and self-organized.
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous knowledge of HR ATS platforms, such as Workday.
  • Strong methodologies for analyzing and assessing data and reports.
