Ingenico Group is a leader in payments acceptance solutions, trusted by merchants, banks, and fintech customers worldwide. We're seeking an expert in demand planning to join our EMEA Operations team.

About the Role

As a key member of our EMEA S&OP team, you'll be responsible for planning, purchasing, customizing, distribution, and support services that deliver superior value to our customers. Your focus will be on preparing short, medium, and long-term demand plans that meet customer requirements, manage factory capacity and headcount efficiently, and balance regional inventory within company goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage supply/demand for the region, ensuring all customer requirements are met at lead time.
  • Liaise with sales teams and S&OP process to manage group purchasing for terminals.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings to execute the S&OP process successfully.
  • Manage inventory levels for the region, balancing supply/demand with company goals.
  • Share weekly build plans and priority meetings with sales teams.
  • Produce weekly/monthly KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience as an S&OP Leader, Demand Planning Leader, or Master Scheduler.
  • IOM Diploma preferred.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • German proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong technical skills, including demand planning knowledge, communication skills, and Microsoft package proficiency.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of logistics and customs rules are desirable.
