We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Energy Innovation Strategic Centre as a R&D Proposal Team Manager. As a key member of our Energy Business Unit, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development of RINA's Energy R&D activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage R&D proposals for EU-funded projects in the field of power generation, renewable energy, and energy transition.
- Lead a team of Proposal Managers in the development of EU R&D proposals, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and clients.
- Contribute to the growth of RINA's network of R&D partners in the field of Energy.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for R&D activities, ensuring alignment with RINA's business objectives.
- Master's degree in Energy, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in R&D project management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing teams and leading projects, with a proven track record of success.
