**The Role**

We are seeking a skilled Disponente Ufficio Traffico Notturno to join our Operations department in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the principal of operations, the ops, finance, and quality teams to ensure the best transport service and quality.

**Responsibilities**

• Expand our carrier network within Italy by identifying and onboarding key partners

• Supervise daily transports in Italy and handle inquiries from carriers

• Use knowledge of partner businesses to identify opportunities and offer solutions

• Manage day-to-day operations tasks

**Requirements**

• Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics (Excel)

• Efficient ability to manage workload and priorities

• Knowledge of geography transport rules

• 1-2 years' experience in full truck load transport by road and express courier

• Ability to communicate fluently in Italian and with good knowledge of English

• Great attention to detail and an organized approach

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress

• Mediation skills and claims management

• Pricing capacity and knowledge of transport rules
