Fingen S.p.A. is a dynamic and growing company that offers a range of opportunities for career development and growth. We manage Palazzo Tornabuoni, a 15th-century palazzo turned into Florence's first exclusive Private Residence Club, and are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative support activities within the company, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of bureaucratic and documentary operations, supporting the team in various tasks such as:

  • Managing accounting practices
  • Supporting practice management
  • Handling other administrative functions
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Verifying invoice validity and conformity with orders and shipping documents
  • Carrying out supplier accounting and recording invoices received
  • Paying invoices to suppliers
  • Recording economic and financial movements
  • Staying up-to-date on tax compliance and its impact on VAT and direct income tax items
  • Issuing invoices and entering issued invoices
Requirements

We require a highly skilled and organised individual with excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Italian. Previous experience in hospitality operations is preferred, as well as a high-school diploma in business or an administrative field and previous experience in administrative roles. Familiarity with major administrative management software is also beneficial.
