About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Manager to join our NielsenIQ team. As a key member of our Consumer Panel Services (CPS) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion of our services in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Account Development Team to drive penetration in existing clients who do not utilize our CPS services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with non-NielsenIQ clients, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Expand the penetration of Consumer solutions within existing CPS customers, ensuring their business needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with our production and delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery against client requirements.
Key Accountabilities
  • Target and penetrate new clients, participate in and win client RFPs.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, converting ad-hoc projects into ongoing contracts.
  • Identify business needs at the client level and perform client briefings, upselling additional opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast and build the financial pipeline, ensuring accurate cooperation with Customer Success and CPS delivery teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in the area of Homescan panels and Homescan analytics.
  • Good level of analytics skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Proven experience successfully meeting sales revenues and targets for area or product line.
  • Strong engagement and communication skills, as well as excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
