Job Title: Area Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Engineer to join our team at stalwartmanacus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in North East Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the Industrial Gasses Division business in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales and profit performance, aligning with company policy and long-term objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage assigned accounts and track sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in industrial sales, with a strong understanding of the industrial gasses market.
  • Technical degree in Mechanics or Electro-Mechanics, or equivalent through experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent Italian and communicative English (minimum B1).
