Your primary objective will be to drive the growth of our brand equity across the region, ensuring seamless coordination among all internal stakeholders and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual business plan presentation for the department, effectively communicating our marketing strategy and vision.
  • Develop comprehensive 360° strategies for new store openings, focusing on driving foot traffic and conversion.
  • Work closely with department stores to ensure synergies and maximize visibility for our brand.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitors within the competitive jewelry landscape, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Proactively collaborate in the follow-up of the communication budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a multinational context at region/global level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across the organization at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on planning, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task.
  • Enthusiasm for presenting learnings and suggesting new ideas, with a passion for driving innovation and growth.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, with any additional language being an appreciated asset.
  • Proficiency in Office and presentation tools, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to communicate our marketing strategy.
